FAQs

How do you select your caregivers?

All caregivers are carefully screened, background-checked, and trained to provide compassionate, reliable service.

Can I choose the schedule?

Yes! We offer flexible hourly, daily, and weekly options to fit your needs.

What is included in your home care services?

Our home care services focus on helping clients with daily living needs such as personal assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and companionship.

Are your services available for people of all ages?

While many of our clients are seniors, we also assist adults recovering from surgery, busy individuals needing household help, and anyone who benefits from extra daily support.

Do your caregivers cook according to dietary preferences?

Absolutely. We prepare meals tailored to your dietary requirements, cultural preferences, and taste.

Will I have the same caregiver each time?

We do our best to maintain consistency so clients can build a comfortable relationship with their caregiver. If your regular caregiver is unavailable, we ensure a smooth handover to a trusted team member.

What is a House Manager and how is it different from a caregiver?

A House Manager acts as your personal home coordinator, handling not just daily assistance but also managing your household. This can include organizing schedules, coordinating grocery and supply deliveries, overseeing home maintenance, picking up prescriptions, and managing appointments.

How do I know if I need a House Manager instead of standard home care?

If you require more than personal care — such as someone to handle your home’s organization, errands, service providers, and overall household operations — a House Manager is the right choice. If your main need is companionship, daily assistance, and basic household tasks, home care service may be sufficient.

Is the House Manager service only for seniors?

Not at all. Busy professionals, frequent travelers, and families caring for elderly loved ones all benefit from having a House Manager.

Do House Managers also provide personal care?

House Managers focus primarily on coordination, organization, and errands. While they may assist with light daily tasks, they are not dedicated to personal care in the same way as a caregiver.
